Meeting Minutes

Thursday, January 15, 2009, 6:17 p.m.

Attendance: Beth Guyer, Betty Seeler, Paul Weston and two members from the public were in attendance.

1.      Betty and Beth signed 2008 interest distribution checks to Minot Sleeper Library and the Cemetery Association and 2008 checks requested by the Town.

2.      Betty and Beth reviewed the recent PDIP report and agreed that the funds are safely invested.

3.      The MS-9 and MS-10 reports were signed by Betty and Beth and six copies were left with the Town for George’s signature.  Eight copies of these reports were provided 1) Office of the Attorney General, 2) Selectmen, 3) Department of Revenue Administration, 4) Betty Seeler, 5) George Tsiopras, 6) Beth Guyer, 7) Town Auditor, and 8) Extra.

4.      Betty and Beth reviewed the investment policy and agree that no changes are necessary at this time.

No additional business was discussed and the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
