The Town of Bristol, NH (pop 3,300 and 22.3 square miles) seeks Town Administrator to oversee the day to day operations including the administrative oversight for all departments under the supervision and policy direction of a five-member select board.

Candidates must demonstrate leadership, organizational and self-knowledge, along with a proven record of managing people through a collaborative team approach. Outstanding analytical, communication, financial and planning skills are essential. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and five years public or private sector management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 

Residency is not required but preferred.
