A Message from the Assessing Firm - Commerford Nieder Perkins, LLC
Beginning on Monday May 4th our field staff will be in the field visiting properties performing the pick-ups in your town. We will be visiting the priority properties that we have determined that should be visited for your first half billing, such as new construction. Your town assessor supervisor is continuing to complete the sub-divisions, mergers, lot line adjustments, and other items that should also be done for first half.
We will continue adhere to the social distancing guidelines. The field staff will still announce their presence with a knock on the door, but again, they will be practicing the social distancing that is recommended by the State and the Department of Revenue Administration. We will not be performing any interior inspection until further notice.
Thank you all for your patience during this difficult time, and we hope that all of you are staying happy and healthy.
