The Zoning Ordinance amendments, approved by ballot vote at Town Voting on March 14, 2023, have been incorporated and the amended Zoning Ordinance is now online. Staff in the Land Use Department can provide guidance and support by helping determine what process may be required and then outlining the steps necessary to get you through that process. Information and forms can be found on the Town’s website or you can contact the Land Use Department to speak with someone and start the ball rolling.
