Fire Prevention
The Fire Prevention Division oversees many areas. Its primary responsibilty is to ensure that buildings in the town of Bristol are compliant with the State Fire Code. This is accomplished through plan reviews and on-site inspections. A list of adopted codes that comprise the State Fire Code can be found below. Form Name | Note |
Oil Burner Permit | Required for new or replacement Oil Burners and supply tanks. Must be submitted to Fire Department before work begins. |
Liquid Propane or Natural Gas Permit | Required for new or replacement Gas Appliances and supply tanks. Must be submitted to Fire Department before work begins. |
Gas Pressure Test Form | Form may be used in lieu of a company format, or if carbon copy is illegible please submit this form. |
Multi-Family Self Inspection | Use this form to conduct a self-inspection of your multi-family building. |
