Certificate of Approval - Forms and Instructions

As laid out in the Town of Bristol Zoning Ordinance, you may need a Certificate of Approval to alter property in the Historic Overlay District. Please review these documents for more information:

Any projects that require a Certificate of Approval, must file an application with the Land Use Office:

If it turns out that your project does not require a Certificate of Approval, you may still need a sign permit or other Town approval(s). Please contact the Land Use Office for more information.
