Punxsutawney Phil news! Early Spring - Planning Home Projects?

Well, we got the news straight from Punxsutawney Phill that Spring will be coming early this year!  If you’re like any of us, you may have a list of house projects planned once the weather gets a bit warmer.

 

All we ask is that you check with us at the Land Use Department with the Town to see if your planned project requires a Land Use Permit.  We’re here to help you with that process!  If we find out AFTER the project that needed a permit has been started and you didn’t apply for one (and we do find out), the fees are doubled!

 

So, come see us before you start, we’re here Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.
